Bring your brand to a unique K-12 leadership community!
We are excited to announce that the NEASC Leadership Conference will be in person this year at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. The event is geared toward our community of K-12 educational leaders and will provide a platform to showcase your brand to a principals, heads of schools, superintendents, and other school leaders in an intimate, personalized environment rich with opportunities for conversation and connection.

Pre-conference:
Wednesday, November 20, 9:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Please note that exhibitor setup will begin at 2:00 p.m. during the pre-conference workshops on November 20. Immediately following the conclusion of the workshops at 4:00 p.m. there will be a welcome reception held in the exhibitor area.
- Exhibitors are also encouraged to register for and attend pre-conference workshops if desired. Once confirmed, session and registration information will be shared.

Conference Options
This year we have three options for exhibiting and sponsoring:

All levels include registration and an exhibitor table. Sponsor and Partner levels include additional opportunities such as choice of table placement, speaking on the main stage, and the ability to present a breakout session.

Policies: We recommend that prospective exhibitors/sponsors read the NEASC Conference Exhibitor/Sponsor Rules and Regulations — a brief description of the terms and conditions for exhibiting or sponsorship at the event. Request a copy from sponsor@neasc.org.
Cancellations made on or before end of business on October 18, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the total exhibitor/sponsorship cost. Cancellations received after EOB October 18, 2024 will not receive a refund.
