Renewed engagement through collaboration
The Commission on Public Schools is set to begin Collaborative Conference visits — a new step in the Accreditation process for public elementary, middle, and high schools developed to give schools formative feedback prior to their decennial visit. Commission staff and volunteers will conduct the initial Collaborative Conference visits to 30 schools in the spring of 2018. The purpose of the visit is to gather information about the current conditions of the school and to support the school in the development of a school growth plan based on school-identified priorities.
